Belly Dancing
Anyone regardless of your age or ability can learn Belly Dancing and it is a heap of fun. The cost will be $60.00 for the ten weeks. A deposit will secure your place in this exciting programme. Be early to avoid disappointment. A FREE creche is available; however bookings are essential.
Men's Breakfast
Monthly men's breakfast with guest speakers. $4.00 donation. Meetings held on Friday (19 May, 16 June, 21 July, 18 August) commencing at 9am. Men of all ages welcome.

Our computer classes are always very popular. We offer courses from beginners to the more advanced. Book early and pay to avoid disappointment.
Fun and Fitness
All ages and fitness levels welcome. Work at your own pace. Thursday 9.30am - 11.00am. Cost is $6.00 casual. A Free creche is available but bookings are essential.
Playgroup and Coffee Morning
Plenty for all to do, aimed at 0-4 year olds. 10.00am - 12.00noon on Monday and Wednesday during school terms. Cost is $2.50 per family per week PLUS annual insurance. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
Seaford Friends and Neighbours Craft Group
An outreach of the Woodcroft Christian Centre. Weekly fee of $4.00 includes morning tea. BYO craft materials. All instructors and members are volunteers. Creche provided - bookings essential.
Seaford/Moana ARPA
This group has plenty to offer retired people in the district, with carpet bowls, 8-ball, cards, board games and table tennis being just some of the things on offer. Seaford/Moana Playgym
Provides young children with the opportunity to develop their physical skills in a fun, safe environment. A movement based program for children under 5 years. Fees per family are $40.00 per term, or $20.00 half term cost. PLUS $4.50 per child for insurance. Class sizes limited - bookings essential.
Seaford Social Walkers
This group meets at the Centre for a morning walk. Join in to improve your fitness whilst making new friends. The group walks from 9.30am sharp, returning to the Centre for a cuppa and chat at around 10.30am. Cost is $1.00 and includes insurance.
Southtalk
Come and air your views on the world and anything else in a friendly informal and tolerant environment for the cost of a 40cent cuppa. Discussions held every Monday from 1.00pm - 3.00pm.
Tai Chi
Involve yourself Tuesday between 1.00pm and 2:30pm. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which can help with today's common ailments - arthritis, stress, blood pressure, bronchitis/asthma, before and after heart surgery and cancer. Very relaxing. Cost is $50.00 per term, $25 per half term. Places are limited. A deposit will secure your place. Continuous intake.
Yoga Made Easy
Mary holds these classes on Thursdays from 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Cost is $6.00 per week casual. Classes are designed for the beginner.
Yoga (on Friday)
Yoga is physically balancing and energising. You will strengthen muscles, balance the glandular system as well as gain relaxation of the nervous system. Yoga works the whole body! Beginners to advanced. Sessions held Fridays 9.30am - 11.00am. Cost is $60.00 per term or $9.00 per week. A FREE creche is available but bookings are essential.

Southern Acapella Singers
Wednesday 7:30 to 9pm. Ladies 30-60 years of age who love to sing and harmonise to a variety of music and styles including Gospel, Blues and Jazz, are invited to register interest. Cost $10.00 per session. Experience preferred.
